Order Processing
When you place an order with Cardio & Heart Wellness, we aim to handle it promptly. Orders placed before 2 PM MST on weekdays are processed and shipped typically same day. However all orders will definitely ship within 1-2 business days. We will contact you only if there’s a problem with your order.
Domestic Shipping
We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail. The flat rate for shipping is $12.00, and packages are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Please note that an adult signature is not required for delivery.
Address Modifications
If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been processed, a fee of $15 will be charged.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes through USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping
International shipping starts at $59.99, with final costs depending on the package’s weight. Delivery times for international orders range from 14 to 30 business days. Keep in mind that shipping fees only cover the international shipping and handling costs.
Customs and Duties
Be aware that international shipments may incur customs or duty fees upon entry into the destination country. These fees are out of our control and are not included in your shipping costs. If you’re concerned about potential fees, please consult your local customs office prior to placing your order. Should your order be returned to us by customs, we will issue a refund for the merchandise minus the shipping and handling charges.
