The only treatment that doctors and pharmaceuticals have is statin drugs. They admit that a statin only lowers cholesterol. Presently, there is no medically recognized therapy or drug for rebuilding a damaged heart muscle, further, there is no recognized drug or therapy for reducing or removing either soft or calcified plaque from artery walls. MAKING L-ARGININE WORK IN THE BODY

Arginine by itself has a half-life of less than 2 hours (that means that before 4 hours it is no longer effective) therefore to get the full effect you would need to take it 12 times per day, 7 days per week. That is every 2 hours and that is impossible. Dr Boger discovered that L-citrulline another amino acid can turn into arginine over time and the system works in tandem for 12 hours of Nitric Oxide production. (See graph below) Taking it every 12 hours can produce Nitric Oxide 24 hours per day. If you do that for 60 days, the production of Nitric Oxide doubles. Therefore, it takes 2 scoops per day to get this Nitric Oxide advantage and there are only two companies that formulate for this.  If you compare other arginine products to Heart Wellness, you will see that our product produces about 8 times more Nitric Oxide.
